The courses:
At Key Stage 3 (3 hours per week):
At Key Stage 4 (3 hours per week):
- The GCSE examinations are now using a Two-Tier system: Higher and Foundation. An extra course is provided for pupils of outstanding ability: Fastrack. Pupils on the higher end of their tier follow the “plus” version of that tier. For an overview of each GCSE course, click on the relevant tier below:

Ø From school year 2008-2009 onwards, Year 9 groups will start in earnest on the GCSE course after their SAT Exams. As an illustration, an example of how the Higher Plus course might be organised over Year 9, Year 10 and Year 11 can be found here.
At Key Stage 5…
…students can take the OCR AS/A2 level courses, which are described in more detail here. The available modules are Pure Mathematics with Statistics, and Pure Mathematics with Mechanics.
